Don’t judge a book by its’ cover – Eat Healthy Foods – Regina

When you first drive up to Eat Healthy Foods, you see a clean fresh sign, but the rest of the building looks like it needs a new coat of paint.. Have you ever heard the saying “Don’t judge a book by its’ cover”? Words to live by…

We walked in the door, and the first thing we noticed was the fresh and enjoyable aroma of the store.  It overloads your senses and makes you want to explore what they have to offer.  So many home-grown local Saskatchewan products line the shelves, right down to the home-made baking and take-out soups, stews and sauces.  Thinking about making cheese? It is one of the only stores in Canada that sells what you need to get started, and will happily explain the process to you.

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner spent over 10 minutes answering our questions of interesting and unique places to go to in Regina for a foodie.  The best discovery was Kombucha, which is a probiotic tea in a mason jar made in-store that costs $2 if you return the jar.  What a deal!

Definitely will return to sample more of what they have to offer!
